Read this before you use the list. Of the 7 universities below, we have checked 1 against the university's own published document. For the other 6 we have not, and so we do not print a formula for them — a formula we cannot source is exactly the thing this site exists to argue against.

Then use a general rule and label it. The converter prints the rule name alongside the number for exactly this reason, so you can quote both. If you find your university's published rule and it is not here, send us the link — a source is the only thing that gets a formula onto this site.
Convert with a general rule
Pre-set to CGPA × 9.5, the common Indian default. Switch the rule if your university told you a different one — the name of whichever rule you pick is printed under the answer.

Not sure which one applies? See where each rule comes from.
A CGPA of 10 gives 95%, not 100%. That is not a rounding error. The 9.5 multiplier was derived from the average marks of past top scorers, which sat at about 95% — so the top grade point maps to 95%. The rule has no way to produce 100%.
This is the arithmetic of the rule you selected. Whether a particular admissions office accepts it is their decision, not ours — quote the rule your university published, with its date.
